Adria Dental Group held its first strategic meeting

On Monday, March 13, in Opatija, the first strategic meeting at the level of Adria Dental Group was held. Partners from group members were presented with the strategy for this year, the main activities in the area of work of the group's Medical Board, and in the area of finance, controlling, operations and human resources.

The president of the board, Gordan Muškić, presented the business results for last year and the plan for this year, reminded the participants of the importance of the joint mission and vision, the most significant projects this year and indicated the importance of group synergy.
