Successfully held second strategic meeting of Adria Dental Group

The second strategic meeting at the level of Adria Dental Group was held this month in Čepin. Key activities and goals for 2024 were presented to partners from member companies and the Supervisory Board, with a focus on:

- Group development strategy

- Plans of the Medical Board and Adria Dental Group Academy

- Financial strategy and controlling

- Operational activities

- Human resource development

President of the Management Board, Gordan Muškić, presented the successful business results achieved last year and introduced plans for the upcoming period. Emphasis was placed on the importance of our shared mission and vision, highlighting the key projects that lie ahead this year and the importance of synergy within the group to achieve the set goals.

This meeting once again confirms our dedication to excellence, innovation, and continuous development as we build a stronger and more successful Adria Dental Group together.
